Epocha offers corporate function venues of the highest standards in Melbourne. Our four spaces include the Green Room: a dining space perfect for small corporate lunches or dinners, the Maybelle room: a private space ideal for larger corporate dining groups or as a corporate meeting space; the Main Dining Room: our single largest dining space, and Exclusive Use: reserve the entire venue of Epocha.

Each of these spaces offer a different experience and they operate as a unique corporate event venue in their own right.


Corporate Event Venues at Epocha

The Green Room

The Green Room is a semi private-dining space on the ground floor of our restaurant, providing an ideal space for a core team meeting. Set up for dining, the space features a beautiful parquetry table that seats 8 to 10 people. This is the most intimate of our corporate venues.

Seated Capacity: 8 to 10 guests

The Maybelle Room

For larger corporate events, the spacious Maybelle Room on the first floor can seat 20 to 40 people, making it suitable for a business dinner or working lunch. Booking the Maybelle Room also includes exclusive access to the large covered balcony which overlooks the beautiful Carlton Gardens. The room is connected to Hannah’s Bar, and both spaces can be hired exclusively if desired.

Seated Capacity: 20 to 42 guests
Cocktail Capacity: 20 to 80 guests

The Main Dining Room

Epocha’s iconic main dining room on the ground floor provides a larger space for seated groups, with capacity to seat 40 to 74 people. Build your business strategy or your team’s morale, run a presentation or a workshop, this is the venue that will host your next successful corporate event.


We can also offer the opportunity to reserve Epocha for exclusive use of all facilities. If you are looking for a Melbourne venue for your medium to large corporate function, this option is it; launch your next product with a cocktail event for up to 120 guests or wow your clients starting with Champagne and canapes upstairs overlooking the Carlton Gardens and before moving downstairs for a sensational dinner. Exclusive Use of Epocha is an extremely versatile space, great for company workshops, strategy days, product launches or end of year celebrations.
